What is PayHarbor?

PayHarbor is our secure online payment gateway to process your payments to your account in real time. You can view information about your account by clicking the “My Account”

When will I receive my paid letter?

Depending on your method of payment, can determine how quickly you can receive your final paid letter.

When paying by Wire Transfer, paid letters can be released the same day.

Paying with a card, you must sign and return our payment authorization form, in which a paid letter can be released within 72 hours. If you do not sign, we may wait up to 90 days after the final payment to release your paid letter.

What if I chargeback my payment?

In the event you chargeback any payment(s), we will notify your bank with supporting data including but not limited to, Voice Recordings, Account Notes, IP Addresses, Authorization Letter.

What if we charge more than agreed upon?

In the event of a payment error, we strongly encourage you to contact our office immediately so that we can fix the issue the same day. We can the reverse payment(s) the same day without waiting. If you inform us the day after, you may have to wait 3-5 business days for your payment to be refunded into your account.

What if my balance is not correct?

You may file a dispute about your balance HERE. Please note that the balance we have was provided to us by the original creditor. When filing a dispute, send us any supporting documents about your claim.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the claims, all sales are final.

What if I unable to make a payment that is part of my agreement?

Please contact your account manager at least two(2) business days before the payment is set to process.

What happens when we are informed to Cease & Desist contact?

You do have the right to inform us to cease and desist contact with you. We will stop communications with you once we are notified. Please be aware that by doing this, it does not exempt you from owing the debt. This can still negatively impact your business and in some cases your personal credit. You may contact us at anytime to work out arrangements after the C&D date.

Does Commercial Debt fall under FDCPA regulations?

Commercial debt is not bound by the FDCPA, but we abide by many of its regulations. 

Does William Power sue accounts?

Yes, we do have the capacity to ligitate accounts if deemed necessary for our clients. Please note that this is not the first option, and we would rather work with you on voluntary terms. We are more than willing to help you resolve your account on terms we both can mutually agree on.
